Sunset Association is looking into expanding services to your home! These would be available to Seniors 60 years of age and older who reside in the greater Georgetown Township community. We would very much appreciate you taking a minute to complete our survey to help us know if this idea is worthy of pursuing.

If we could provide any of the following services for a reduced fee compared to purchasing these services from within the community, we would like to know if you would be interested in considering them. This does not mean we will be providing them. This is simply a survey to give us an idea what options you would like Sunset to explore as we consider expanding our community services.
